Custom integration

Tell us what you run. We build it in.

We don't replace what works, we unify it. White-label deployments include custom integrations with the systems your school already depends on, so nothing gets left behind.

Your School

One unified platform, branded as yours, intelligent across every classroom, accessible to everyone.

The School Operating System of your dreams

Woven through every workflow, working from your school's own curriculum.

๐Ÿ—“๏ธ

Lesson & pacing plans

Standards-aligned plans generated in minutes, right in the teacher's calendar.

โœ…

Auto-grading + insight

Homework graded automatically, with data showing exactly where each student needs help.

๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿซ

Tutor with oversight

An always-on student tutor, every interaction visible to and controlled by teachers.

๐Ÿ“„

Document engine

Strategic plans, accreditation self-studies, board reports, drafted from your actual data.

๐Ÿ“Š

Unified dashboards

One view, so leaders see what's working across every classroom.

๐Ÿ””

Smart alerts

Know who's falling behind, and what needs attention, before it becomes a problem.

Compliance

The work your school can't skip

Four obligations that carry a deadline and an auditor. All four handled inside the platform, from the data your school already has.

๐ŸŽ“

Credentials

Pulled automatically from the state credential record. If a teacher is assigned a class their credential doesn't cover, you know before it becomes a finding.

๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ

Clearances

DOJ and TB expiration dates tracked per staff member, with alerts well before they lapse.

๐Ÿ“‹

ESSA compliance

Every teacher reads as in compliance or needing attention, based on whether their credential covers what they teach.

๐Ÿ“‘

LCAP

Published scores pulled, stakeholder surveys run, document assembled. A months-long annual project becomes a review.

This is the least glamorous part of running a school. It's also why the platform gets opened every day.
Assessments

Assessments without a second vendor

Standards-based assessments on-demand, graded and mastery tracked automatically.

What teachers do

Generate

A standards-aligned assessment built from the same standards you've been teaching.

Deliver and grade

Multiple choice and written answers, both graded automatically.

Track mastery

Standards mastery updates on its own, per student and per class, the moment results come in.

Drawn from a library of more than 60,000 standards, spanning Common Core, state frameworks and CTE, and still growing.

What schools pay for this today
PlatformPer year
MasteryConnect (Instructure)$6.30 / student
Renaissance formative layer$4โ€“14 / student
Pear Assessment (Edulastic)$125 / teacher

That line item goes away. It's already included here.

The bigger number is time. Teachers report roughly 54 minutes a day giving assessments and assessing student work.

MasteryConnect pricing: New Mexico PED RFA 22-92400-00003 ($2.25 platform + $4.05 item banks per student). Renaissance: Oklahoma Horizon 2026-27 price list. Pear Assessment: published list price. Time: AFT 2013, citing Bruno et al. In California, Learning Recovery Emergency Block Grant funds explicitly cover diagnostic, progress monitoring and benchmark assessment through 2027-28.

Only here

No instructional days get lost

Two ways schools normally lose teaching time. Neither happens on this platform.

1

A class falls behind

Results come in and the summary says so the same day, not after the next benchmark.

2

The teacher reteaches

They add a reteach day where it's needed, without redoing the calendar by hand.

3

The year moves forward

Every standard after it shifts along. None are removed, so nothing is skipped later.

Reteaching normally costs a day, and that day is usually taken from the end of the year. Here every standard stays in the plan, so students don't end up with a gap in what they were supposed to be taught.

And when a teacher is out, the day still gets taught.

Assign the class to a substitute, a tutor, or an IEP staff member at your school. They open the same pacing plan and the same lesson that was already built for that day. More than one person can hold a classroom at once, so coverage doesn't mean a lost day.

Questions

The things schools ask first

Can we start in the middle of the school year?

Yes. The pacing plan builds from whatever day you sign, not from the first day of school. January is fine, March is fine. If you decide in November your teachers are working in it before winter break.

Does this replace our SIS or our gradebook?

No. It sits alongside what you already run. White-label deployments include custom integrations with the systems your school depends on, so nothing gets left behind.

What does the LCAP generator actually do?

It pulls your published scores, runs the stakeholder surveys, and assembles the document. What is normally a months-long annual project becomes a review rather than a build.

What does ESSA compliance tracking cover?

Every teacher reads as in compliance or needing attention, based on whether their credential covers what they are assigned to teach. Credentials pull from the state record, and DOJ and TB clearance dates are tracked per staff member with alerts before they lapse.

How long does onboarding really take?

Launch can happen in as little as two days. Staff onboard through video tutorials embedded on every page, so the platform asks for minimal PD time. A full district of 88 teachers went live in two days.

Is student data used to train AI models?

No. Student data stays inside the platform, and every AI action is visible to and controlled by teachers. The platform is FERPA and COPPA aligned.

What does it cost?

Priced per student and billed annually. Teachers, administrators, students and families are all included, with no per-seat add-ons. Tell us your enrollment and we will price it on the call.
